CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellation by the UFO Mega Conference, fees paid will be refunded (less a $99 per person processing fee). Cancellation requests initiated by the registrant, if received by February 19th, 2022 at 1pm MST, will be entitled to the same terms. Registrants may elect to transfer over their ticket to a third party for the 2022 conference 7 days in advance, by March 12th at 1pm MST. Cancellation requests received after February 19th, 2022 (1:00 pm MST) and “No Shows” are non-refundable.
EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded if notice is received by February 9, 2022, 1pm MST (less a $100 per person/table processing fee). If cancellation notice is received between February 10 and March 3rd, 2022, a refund can be made ONLY if we are able to resell your Table(s), (less a $100 per person/table processing fee). Cancellations after March 3rd, 2022 (1PM – Mountain. Time), and “No Shows” are non-refundable.
DVD International Shipping: Actual international shipping charge will be determined after order is placed. The cost will be forwarded to you for your approval and to tender payment prior to shipment. Please make sure we have your email address so this procedure can be completed.
